Kenshin sat in the middle of the plaza. This change seemed to have amused him more than fretting over a lost sword (which he retrieved in a quest, thank Bishamonten!). He smirked slightly, the cold from his hands chilling his tea. There was an air around him, a very cold chill.
[ OOC: So I play City of Heroes. this is a dominator. Kenshin would be Ice Control/Icy Assault. When dominators max out their domination bar, they go into super domination mode (which I call shiny times, because the character sparkles!) so totally fitting for Kenshin. :D
