Yes, what can I do for you? [He met eyes with Tsubaki. It wasn't everyday some random girl tapped him on the shoulder, he was just going to go with it.]

Good evening. I'm Tsubaki Yayoi, first lieutenant of the NOL's Zero Squadron. I'm looking for information on my current location, and a fugitive who goes by the name Noel Vermillion.

The information you request is rather easy to answer, thank goodness. You're underwater in an unbreakable bubble city called Vatheon. You will not be leaving until the city doesn't want you anymore. I myself have been here for atleast four months.

As for the fugituve you seek, I have no information whatsoever on him. I do apologize. Do you mind my asking what crime this Noel has commited?

Completely unbreakable, the only thing that ever broke the barrier is this pirate ship from about a month or so ago. I'm not really sure, I actually fell under a coma for about a month- so whatever happened last month I do not really know. [He shook his head.] No way out, tried and failed already. The civillians that live here don't take kindly to you trying to break their barriers ether.

I wouldn't want to make the citizens here angry.. So I won't try to force my way out. But if it's possible, I have to find a way.

Mm.. Perhaps. [not like she wants her to come here, Noel being her best friend and all.] Is this city set up like your average city? With shops, libraries, and other facilities? What's the currency here?

It's best not to anger the citizens, they're actually very helpful. [He smiles.] You're in for a great surprise! There is only currency in the Nostalgia Nook, that's where you can get things from your home, or that remind you greatly of home.

Otherwise, the shops here with clothing and food are free to take. No limit on how much you take either, just be sure to thank the shop owner. We do have a library, and we certainly also have any other facility you could think of.

There is definitely civilization here, the people in this place try not to disturb you or your balance of life, they tend to stay out of it. Really. However, the nostalgia nook was made for people to go and feel at home.

Though, that'll cost you. Good thing I already have everything here I need to feel at home. I grow rose bushes in my back yard, and I have my Alice. I know you'll find something to make you feel at home, you seem like that kind of person.

'Feel at home'? ... So people have been stuck here for so long, they have to resort to things like that... [she frowns.] How sad.. [people who hadn't seen their parents, lovers, or friends in so long.. what a damper.]

Sure. Hope is the best thing to have! Then again, for some people. Staying here is the best thing that they have, depending on the situations they came from.

Whenever the bubble returns is when it returns you, don't fret though. It's not good to fret, I also had the same feelings when I got here. This place is merely a distraction to your everyday, terrible life. You're marked when you come here, wonderful right?
