In the plaza, not far from the coral, there is a table set up. In fact, it would appear that because it is tea time, well, one of Vatheon's residents has decided to take full advantage of this. It is set up for tea, small cakes and other goodies scattered across the table as well.
And seated in one seat, sipping his tea nonchalantly and with an air of utter unconcern is one Xerxes Break.
