Hey, now. Don't go overboard, you might have a shopping explosion, Fräulein.

Sorry. I did go a little overboard, I guess.
[She looks down at her bags.]
I just really love clothes.
[And she's never had money to actually be able to buy any, so, again, teenage-girl heaven.]

[ Have a wink from the blond. He chuckles. ] Just remember that we're still their guests, after all. Though it's nice to see someone around here happy!

[Not that she's naming any names, or anything. Touka thinks about his next comment deeply. Then she nods.]
Good point. I will make it up to the townspeople. They are really kind to me, so I will be really kind to them. Um......I will patrol to make sure there's no trouble! And fix things! And clean up trash! And......other community-minded things.
[She tries to think of all the things Hime-chan and Onii-chan do for their town, but is coming up blank. Except she will do these things super-stylishly. She wonders if she can find a super-cute, sparkly trash pick. With a matching designer trash bag! Omigod. No, no, too much, Touka. Then she smiles at the nice man.]
Thank you for the advice! I'm Touka Kishi, by the way.

I think I've got the patrolling thing down. Besides myself and my subordinate, we're the only ones with actual legal authority, anyway, and I'd hate to see a cute girl like you get hurt by some bad person just because you're trying to help people.
[ Oh, Touka. You're a real cutie, though. He can't help but wonder why there's so many kindly teenage girls here, and not more women his age. It's lamentable. ] You could try giving back another way--flowers, perhaps?
[ After that thoughtful pause, Klavier extends his hand. ] Klavier Gavin--prosecutor and God of rock, at your service, Fräulein.

[Is there a little bit of wickedness in her grin? Maybe. Because it's waaaaay more likely the bad people will get hurt by her. But she does go overboard, so it is probably best to leave the patrolling to others.]
I'll just try my best to cheer everyone up, then. Maybe I can give out free fashion advice. Or bake --- nah, that would be a disaster.
[She smiles even brighter now, and shakes his offered hand. Very gently.]
Nice to meet you --- is it okay if I call you Klavier-san? Are you from Germany? One of my best friends just went on a trip to Germany.
[She looks at his guitar.]
Ooh, ooh, are you a musician? So cool!
[Touka does the teenage-girl sigh thing.]

[ This is the face of a rather chivalrous man who would not like to see such a good-natured young teenager like yourself get hurt, Touka, and not just because you're adorable, but because he sincerely cares. ]

And ja, that I am! I'm responsible for lead guitar and vocals for my band, the Gavinners.
[ Have a bright grin. He loves it when people talk about music to him. or fangirl over him, for that matter. ] Music is my second passion, next to law. I'm from Germany originally, so you're right again. It's really quite a nice country, though I'm practicing law in America. Los Angeles, to be specific.

Oh, no, Hime-chan's my age. She's a high school girl mayor. My brother is her assistant. He's a couple of years older than us.
[Touka thinks over his next point.]
And that's true. Hime-chan can deflect bullets with her lacrosse stick, but I'm not there yet. Maybe someday.
[Probably not, though. Hime-chan has some insane powers. Touka will leave that stuff to her.]
And that's sooooo cool. Can I hear you play sometime? And Los Angeles? Oh, do you know Phoenix-san?

[ Have a smile. ] ... Though I suppose in your country things must be strange, compared to what I know from America and Germany... I've honestly never heard of a girl so young governing anything, but well, it's not impossible.

... Herr Wright? Ja, we're acquainted. He's one of my favorite opponents, though his performance in court... it lacks the kind of music a duet of law should have, ja?
[ Anyway, Klavier looks pleased. ] I'd be happy to play for you anytime, however.

[It does help to have super-senses, however.]
And yeah, she's been mayor since she was nine. Our town's a special case, though. Although some people say Japan's just weird, especially Tokyo. But I wouldn't know. Okayama had its share of strange stuff, too.
[And people are much nicer in Tokyo.]
Oh, you guys are opponents? I thought you were lawyers? Do you have awesome lawyer-battle-sparring matches? How does that work?
[Touka is not really up on the whole legal-system thing. Where she's from, they just kick the bad guys' asses. She's picturing Phoenix-san and Klavier-san in, like, kendo uniforms with swords and stuff.]
And yay! I can't wait.

... Hahaha. I think you guys are a little old for playing pretend, aren't you?
[ ... Yeah, he still doesn't believe it. ] I've only visited a few times on tour, and that was Tokyo. Of course, after that last one, Daryan swore we'd never go to Borginia again by plane...

Hah! Nein, not quite. Our sparring is of the legal variety, and Herr Wright is a defense attorney. I'm a prosecutor. We stand on opposite sides--ours is a musical duet to find the truth.
[ He's hoping that makes sense. ] I suppose a small town doesn't have a court, though.
