[Just passing by...and god, what is this supposed to be, one of the ghost pirates became alive again or something?]

...If you're looking for your ship, it's right over there.

[And he points over to the ruined pirate ship nearby.]

[Jack jerks his whole body in that direction, leaning to the side as he looks the ship over. There is a long pause before he points at it, disgusted.]

That. That is not my ship.

[vampirize]

Really? Because it's the only one here.

And you're a pirate, which means it's made for you.

No, no no no. My ship is the Black Pearl. That .... [he pauses for dramatic effect.] thing is not for me, nope.

[vampirize]

Black Pearl? Never heard of it.

..You're not by any chance new here? Because for a moment I thought you were one of the ghosts come to life or something.

Yes, I'm new to .... all of this.

[He gestures to everything.]

This is Vatheon. You're currently stuck underneath the ocean, and there is no way out. People have been stuck here for ages.

[He's exaggerating, of course, but he can't help but tease him a little.]

[He frowns, thinking this over.]

No, that's not right. I was just out in the open ocean with the little fishies looking for the fountain of youth.

Fountain of youth? First, that doesn't exist, and second, I have no idea how, but you're stuck here now.

Excuse me, but I believe you have no right in saying that. Firstly, I've been to Davy Jones locker and back, quite literally, and secondly, Barbosa would really love to talk to you about this, but sadly, he's not here. So.

[He waves his hands around a bit.]

How about you just tell me where the rum is, and we'll be square.

[Tesla just laughs in amusement, thinking that this guy must be on something.]

You can find rum in some of the shops. It's free, so that's good for you, huh?

[Jack's always on something.

So here he is, wandering up close and personal and in Tesla's face. Yeah, smell that lovely 'I have no personal hygiene' smell.]

[And he grins, nodding.]

[Tesla slightly sneers, pushing Jack away with a finger.]

We're all like you here, except the locals, who won't give you any answers.

[And a vague gesture to the shops around the plaza.]

It's somewhere here. I'm not telling you where to find it.

[Jack is extremely unsatisfied, so he takes out his lovely compass and flips it open, glaring at it for a few moments before smirking at Tesla confidently.]

Seems like my compass still works here. I'll find what I want just fine.

[vampirize]

[Tesla stares at him like he's daft.]

You're going to use a compass to find a liquor store. What, do you really think you'll be able to do that?

[wheresmyrum]

You obviously have no idea what this compass is.

[No, he's not giving him time to answer. He's already sauntering away towards the liquor store with quite a lot of confidence and ... what's this? He's headed in the right direction!]
