[The Russian was surprised, to say the least, when the pipe he was currently swinging did not land on the target he had set his eyes on. No, instead his surroundings were much brighter and cleaner than the ruined fields of Europe. The stench ( Read more... )

[Standing a bit of a distance away, Norway watched the Russian with not even the slightest bit of interest. There was no approach made, instead, he simply watched him.]

[It didn't take him long to notice the other, his smile slipping slightly in confusion. Norway? Could he have been transported here by the Axis Powers, then? Then again, he wasn't even aware that the other was really *in* the war, besides simply being occupied..

He's just going to watch you back for now, unwilling to make a move yet, his smile widening as he waited to see what would happen.]

[It's not his fault people don't respect neutrality. But his main focus had always been on the homeland during WWII, though there were other involvements here and there... but he wasn't one to discuss them.

He'd prefer that he wasn't smiling at him, but he wasn't going to complain about it out loud. A smile was a smile most of the time, unless one wanted to read more into it.

But anyway. He's making the first move by walking over towards him.]

[Yes well, perhaps if you had had a better army instead of being a silly neutral country..~]

Norvegiya..~! [His voice was a happy chirp, with an underlying tone that was quite a bit darker.] You should tell me what's going on, da~?

[Perhaps if other silly countries hadn't been so aggressive it could have been avoided.]

Russland. [He greeted him with an even tone, not ruffled one bit by that slight underlying darkness.] I'm sure you're smart enough to realise that we're no longer anywhere near home. The jury is still out on whether or not this place is actually on a recognisable planet. Regardless, for the time being, you'll now be calling it home.

Welcome to Vatheon.

[No one would need to be aggressive if everyone simply joined him! ❤ ]

[The taller nation was disappointed with the other's lack of reaction, but he supposed it was to be expected. Blinking slowly at the new information, he tilted his head to one side.]

Aah..~? But what about the war?

[More disappointment. His face nearly begins to resemble a pout, by this point.]

[More people might be more receptive if he wasn't so crazy. It's a deal-breaker most of the time.

He simply only offered a shrug in response. To get him to show emotion or reaction probably meant that somewhere, a world was ending.]

It'll still be there when you go back. But for now, it's no longer something to be concerned with. You'll find that you're in interesting enough company here.

[It was only polite to at least offer some brief information and explanations. But anything deeper than the cursory surface information he wasn't too forthcoming with.]

Mmn..

[He's not certain whether he likes that answer or not. There was a war to fight, and the Russian wasn't ready to take a break from that. But then again, perhaps this place had something good to offer.]

Interesting how, exactly..~?

[Even Russia was aware that the Norwegian wasn't likely to talk much longer, but there wasn't any harm in trying to get a bit more information, right? If needed, his lovely pipe could always help in the process..~ ]

[They all had things they needed to get back to. War or not. Politics. Doing things. Whatever it was they were in the middle of. But he didn't seem to be too bothered at all by the fact that he wasn't able to get back to whatever matters there was he needed to attend. It would all still be there for him.]

In many ways. Everything's free, except for if you shop at Nostalgia Nook. [A shame he didn't bother to explain how one could earn the credits or whatever needed to purchase items from there. Russia could figure that out on his own.] Plus, people are here from all over. And I do mean all over. Not just our perception of reality.

[And that seemed to be it.]

Oh. I suppose I can add in one more thing. Residency is free. Either find someone to live with or find a place of your own.

[He'll probably get that frame of mind eventually, once he's here long enough.

The living situation sounded lovely, though! Everything equal. Just like how he wanted to be, someday~ ]

Ooh? Other realities too, then..~?

[A giggle came from him at the mention of housing. This was a good chance to find a large house, and simply have everyone come live with him. Then they'd all be a little happy family~! An overly bright smile came over his face at the thought.]

I like that idea..~!

[It did take a little time to make the adjustments mentally towards living in such a place as Vatheon.]

Even within one's own timeline it can happen. I've heard that the Canada that's running around here is from the 1970s. Iceland is from 2010 or 2011 or so. There are also people who are actual trolls, mutants, and so on.

[He knew of the perfect residence for Russia in that case - one with a large amount of rooms and even sort of like a maze within itself. But he wasn't going to say that at all. He'd let Russia figure things out himself, or settle for an apartment or smaller house.]

I figured you would. Have fun finding somewhere. There's plenty of choices.

Mmn.. What period of time are you from, then~?

[That's alright, knowing him he'll find it soon enough. Being nosy certainly has it's advantages.]

I will..~!

It's of little real importance. [In other words, he didn't see it as necessary information. If Russia really wanted to know what time period he was from, he could figure it out himself.]

If anyone will, I'm sure it's you.
