So that's the snitch, the game doesn't end until one of the seekers catches it. That's the quaffle, it's what's used to score the goals, and these are the bludgers.

[glances over, sees his expression, and smirks]

They raise the danger factor in the game. Want to see what they do?

[Oh, he immediately gets guarded.]

Tch. Fine.

[he hands over a bat before picking up one himself, twirling it in hand] Right, well, I'm not the best at this, so let's hope this goes well. Keep your eye on it!

[he unlatches one of the bludgers from its hold. it shoots straight up before barrelling right towards the two of them]

[Okay, hell with this, whacking that crazy ball away now. He swings that bat a bit like a sword-- with great power and precision.]

[eyes widen as the bludger soars off-- far. there's a crash, as though it's hit a tree or two]

Watch out, though, it'll be be back-- I can put it back in the box, or I can let out the second one. [manic grin]
