After a few days in the city it was obvious that Sam wasn't going to get home anytime soon and she decided that she needed a more permanent place to stay. After asking around she found that housing was free and she could sign up for any unoccupied apartment.
Sam decided on a large two bedroom apartment in the lower district. It was quiet, the views were wonderful and she could turn the second bedroom into a small lab (provided she could find working equipment) or an office.
Moving in wasn't going to be to hard, Sam only had a bag of groceries she picked up on the way over and a duffle bag of clothes and toiletries that she had gotten at the shops shortly after arriving. Maybe she'd get the chance to meet some of the other residents. If no one was around Sam planned to wander around the shops and see what she could get to decorate her apartment with.
