Selphie was in the library - it's a pretty rare occurence - but she's after some light and fluffy romance reads. Surely she'd find some here. She's grabbed a couple from the shelf and she glanced about to find her way towards a nice table. But then...

...her toe came to touch another foot. What? Oh! It's a person...asleep? She tiptoed over him and leaned down.

"Wakey, wakey....wakey, wakey...."

[He shifts a bit, but it doesn't look like he's waking up anytime soon.]

... Nnn, brother ...

[Seems like someone likes to talk in their sleep.]

*Selphie puts the romance novels behind her so that she's now crouching in front of him. Carefully, she places a hand on his shoulder and shakes it*

Mister...it's time to wake up!

[Slowly his eyes open as they move to focus on Selphie's form.

Oh... he fell asleep at the library again huh? Well this is embarrassing!]

O-Oh! Is it morning already?

*Selphie just treats him to a pleasant smile*

Well...it's pretty much afternoon by now, but uh huh! Good morning, mister!

*Realising she's too close, she sits back a bit, scooping up her romance novels*

[Oh wow! Afternoon? This really is embarrassing! /// ]

Um, thanks.

[He moves to sit up and take in his surroundings.]

I guess I must have fallen asleep again.

*Selphie giggled slightly as she watched him, tilting her head curiously before standing to her feet with the small pile of romance books*

I bet you've got a bed - I recommend using it! They're probably more comfy than a library floor!

[He chuckled in return]

Yeah, they sure are! But I'm used to sleeping in odd places I guess...

*Selphie smiled and did her best to hold her books in one arm so that she can help him up with the other hand*

So what were you doing here all night? Doesn't look like much of a party!

[Oh! He'll be taking that hand thank you!]

Ah, just a bit of research is all.

You know, you can't study if you're sleepy. You should learn to take a break.

Heh, yeah yeah I know. I'm always telling brother the same thing...

*Selphie's face dropped slightly when she saw how upset he got*

Hey! I'm not trying to get you into any trouble or anything! I just mean...it's good, y'know, to sleep somewhere comfy sometimes!

No no, I know you didn't mean anything like that. It's alright.

[He just ended up being reminded of the unfortunate truth that his brother was no longer here with him in Vatheon. He had come to accept it on his own terms, but the thought itself still stung.]

They're books on the different types of science in this world. I was interested in seeing if anyone had logged all the different forms of science from all the different worlds that people have appeared here from.
