[So yeah sup, there's this cool as all heck thirteen year old inspecting the city a bit after waking up at the coral. Unlike all the other stupid broads and skylarks that wake up at the coral and freak, he mostly just stared up at the dome and muttered a 'cool'.
But then he noticed his ishades and suit were wet so a quick change by assistance of his sylladex, the sunglassed kid just whips out his skateboard and states explorin'.
Meanwhile, while skating through the place, he's making a mental note of all the items in his sylladex, what he could and could not use (he could feel his time tables there, but could he use the time tables, was the question).
So you can either find him A) skating around the city contemplating things, B) when he ends up in a bakery or some such and asks the locals some questions, or C) getting a soda out of a vending machine while looking through his SFC contact list for familiar names.]
