After Red finished making the sandwiches, he placed them on the tea table and kneeled down to sit for now. He's waiting for someone today! Well, as the said person actually lived in the same neighborhood as him, she wouldn't be long. Red smiled a little to himself as he hummed a tiny bit and his Pokemon wandered freely at the background.
"Alice is coming over. You guys will behave, right?" Red said as he smiled out to each of them. To which his Pokemon all smiled right back and let out their own set of noises to let Red know that they would.
Pikachu stepped up to Red eventually, then tugged on his trainer's vest. Quietly, Red turned to look at Pikachu when his attention was caught.
"Pi! Chuun!" he squeaked, then pointed towards the kitchen. And it was a good thing that Red could "understand" his Pokemon's language, so he smiled out to those set of squeaks.
"... That's right, I forgot the drinks. Thank you, Pikachu."
"Pii~!"
With a light grin, Red stood up to prepare the drinks after giving Pikachu an affectionate set of pats on his head. Looks like one of the Pokemon would be the one to get the door while Red's busy preparing the final touches for snack time. ... Minus the sweets, of course. Courtesy of a certain rival.
