Chie was just browsing around the Plaza, kind of bored as usual, when she noticed an odd person leaning against a lamp pole.

He was soaking wet.

"Hey... You new around here?"

Thankfully it wasn't cold enough to make him stuck to the lamp post. He pushed against the post to raise his head to look at the girl. Well she wasn't greeting him with accusations of having a weapon from the opposing faction.
"..." Think Fayt, think. "I'm...just here for a visit." Maybe she'll buy it.

Chie blinked. Blinked. And blinked again. Before starting to laugh. "Ahahaha! Oh, that's a good one." Chie took a second to breathe before shaking her head and grinning sheepishly. "Sorry. There's no way out of here, y'know."

And congrats Chie, you are making him feel like he is without his pants or something. "What's so fun-"

The question and fustrated tone dropped as he heard the next part of what she was saying.
"...What do you mean?" How can that be possible? He just arrived in some way. There had to be a way out.

"Nope. If there was a way out, I'm pretty sure none of us would be here." Chie shrugged. "You've gotta be new here if you don't know that. My name's Chie Satonaka. What's yours?"

Definitely felt like an idiot. Head sank against the pole again. "Fayt. Fayt Leingod." At least he was calming down. "Is this normal? For people to arrive here like...this?" At the last word, he indicated his drenched state.

"Yeah. We all did." Chie pat his shoulder sympathetically. "C'mon, let's go to one of the shops. They'll give you some dry clothes 'n stuff."

"That sounds like a plan. Where are we anyways?" He wondered if the UP3s extended to this place as well. Then another concern crossed his mind. "Can anyone follow me here?" It would be difficult to follow him since he didn't arrive by ship.

"This is the Plaza. There're some shops nearby." Chie blinked and shrugged. "I dunno. I don't think so. You should ask somebody who's been here longer-- there's lots of people who got dragged here like us."

"The Plaza." On his tired state, he will likely forget most visual hints of where they are and how to get place to place by morning. He scratched the back of his head before nodding towards her. "All right, Chie. Thanks. So about getting dried..?"

"Right! C'mon, I know a place real close by." Chie grinned and lead the way to one of the Plaza's many shops, the ones equipped with towels and dry clothes.
