It was not another Demon Lord’s domain.
Eclipse would have been happier had it been. At least it would have been easier to find a way out! As it was, the demon was wet, cold and very obviously angry. The past few days had been long and arduous as it was. His Lord, Raenef, had only just been restored to his proper self and the castle had finally become peaceful (or as peaceful as it could be).
Now he’d been removed from his master’s side and placed in some bubble beneath the ocean, far out of his reach and with his teleportation magic disabled. He had only tried to use it once, but that had been enough to make it obvious that it was no longer working. There was a power… a power that was alien, unfamiliar. Unlike any he knew in his own world. A power that was restraining his magic and ensuring he could not escape.
“That anyone would dare…” he muttered.
Eclipse spent a moment imagining what he’d do to the one who had brought him to the bizarre city, should he ever find them. Without his presence nearby, Raenef could well be at risk, and if any harm whatsoever was done to him…
An angry snort. There was nothing he could do about it, for the moment. An investigation of the place he was in would have to be carried out, but before that he would need to locate new clothing. Expression icy, Eclipse began to walk.
It was only after doing this for half a minute or so that he realised he was still wearing his apron.
