[Akito is out and about, searching for any other things he might need for his and Agito's little kitten that he may have forgotten to pick up - or just anything he'd like to spoil her with. So far his search has proved fruitless, but he has ended up with a steamed pork bun that he nibbles on.

He notices a weird looking guy by the coral in the plaza, sopping wet and sporting a sword and a stick. Backtracking slightly he stops in a store and asks for a towel, then returns on his path to the strange person with towel in hand and pork bun in ... the other hand.]

...It's winter, so you should get dry fast.

[ Godric smiles, putting his wand back into his sleeve before accepting the towel. ]

You have my thanks. Might I ask where I am?

[skyglide]

You just asked, ne? [He points up to the sky that is anything but a sky.] This is Vatheon. We're under an ocean in a world different from the ones we came from.

Under the ocean?

[ Rowena would lose herself in exploring the magic that had both brought him here and kept him safe whilst he was under the water - he knew the boy wasn't lying from a single glance. ]

Vatheon. [ The word sounds strange. ] And the exit?

An ocean, yeah.

[He frowns slightly, pursing his lips in thought.] None that anyone has found yet. Nobody can get through the barrier to get to the surface. Apparently someone came from up there down here before I was brought here though.

I see.

[ Godric nods his head once before he turns and smiles softly. He'll have to find an exit, then. ]

It's no problem! [His phrasing is weird, so he has to ask:] What year is it where you're from?

[He drops his meat bun in surprise and spares it a moment's mourning before he responds.]

... I see. Do you know how this could occur? How two beings from such different points in time could be brought here?

I don't know how I could be brought here in the first place... But dimensions are space and time, ne? So... [PONDER PONDER] So if this was another dimension it would make sense that it's a different time than ours as well as a different world.

[Which makes the way home even more impossibly difficult for him to find. ):]

It sounds as though it is possible - if they can bring us here it would be simple to select a time to pick us from.

Oh, there are bi-weekly curses here. At least that's what people call them. [He waves a hand, as though he isn't sure what to call the instances.] They are generally bad and a nuisance and last for a week.
