[ Locke's eyes snapped open, ending the strange dream he'd been having, only to reveal something more strange. He was in a city, definitely not where he'd been when he had closed his eyes, and not only that but he was in a city he didn't know, there was no city Locke didn't know.]
What? Where-?
[He looked around him as strangers just went about their day. Looking up to try to see if there were mountains or something, Locke felt shock run through him again; he was underwater, hell, the whole city was underwater.]
What the hell is going on?
[As he stood there, something finally occurred to him that he probably should have realized earlier: he was soaked and freezing, not a combination Locke ever enjoyed.]
