[ Oh dear... a little boy, choking and just arrived by the looks of things. The doctor comes over and gives a few well placed gentle back-whacks. That should clear up whatever it was. ]

[ You get a towel for your misfortune. ]

[And now he's coughing up that hunk of ice cream that was caught in his throat. He's going to nod in response, trying to catch his breath now that he can breathe right again while using the towel to attempt to dry off. ...Man, his favorite jacket better not be ruined.]

[ He rubs the boy's back, watching him closely. ]

I suppose offering you water would be more irony than anything but... would you want a glass anyway?

[ The doctor approaches a local, taking a moment to speak with him and nods a thank you as he's handed a glass of water a while later. He comes back with said glass, offering it to Isa. ]
