Ginji blinked. He didn't remember getting wet. Or... being wherever he was. He looked around. This definitely was not Shinjuku. "Ban-chan?" he called out tentatively. Surely his partner was around here somewhere, right?
First things first, though. He didn't like being wet. So he concentrated, using his powers to dry himself off. Anyone near enough might have seen the distinct yellow glow of electricity in his direction.
Satisfied that he was dry, he started wandering, trying to figure out where he was.
