[And there's a familiar demon not too far away, scowling at all of this. He still hadn't got rid of his wings, (hey, he didn't remember how to), but he is wearing his sunglasses again, for the sake of not letting people see them.]

[For some reason, he is really not happy seeing the angel with Cain. Why, he didn't know. So he's just going to be over here, muttering to himself...]

No. Humans were created differently from angels. Fallen are creatures who chose to work against the Lord and lost their place as an angel because of it.
