Characters: Litchi and you!
Location: The park.
Time: Early afternoon.
Style: Whatever.
Status: Open like the cut-away fabric near Litchi's breasts and/or ass.
The first thing she was aware as she regained consciousness was the darkness. Was she -- was she in the Azure again? Had she succumbed to its power?
She fluttered her eyelids experimentally. No. She had just been knocked out for a bit. From another fight, perhaps? The world came into view before her --- a world unlike any she had ever seen. A bright blue sky stretched before her, brightly colored fish floating through it -- fish?
She sat up slowly, one hand going to her head to make sure her hair was alright, and that Lao Jiu was still in place. Interesting. Her hair was soaking wet -- all of her was soaking wet.
"Lao Jiu, I don't think we're in Kagutsuchi anymore."
She scanned the area, her scientific mind kicking in and cataloging what was before her. This was clearly a city -- one constructed almost entirely out of blue stone and brick, a material Litchi had never encountered before. The most noticeable aspect of the city was the large dome that stretched overhead, seemingly keeping out -- yes, that did seem to be the ocean.
The city seemed to be tiered, much like Kagutsuchi. Was this another Hierarchical City? Yet Litchi knew of no Hierarchical City that was under the water. Was it possible -- was she in an entirely other world? She knew of differing potentials, of what could even be called different dimensions -- was this one of them? And, suddenly, she felt an old pang, an old itch -- to call out for Professor Kokonoe, to report her findings, and then immediately run to his room to share the news.
She gracefully launched herself to her feet. Him. No matter what this place, no matter where she was -- she had to find him. She had to save him. He -- he must be here. Somewhere. She would not stop searching for him. She would never stop searching for him.
She looked down -- there was a strange, intricate mark on her left breast. She rubbed it experimentally -- it did not budge. It seemed to be permanent. And what was that -- hovering before her was a small, glowing ball of red light. She moved into get a closer look -- why, there was a tiny humaniod figure within the light. With wings. Fascinating. A fairy, perhaps. Litchi laughed suddenly -- a polite, tinkling laugh that drifted through the immediate area like wind chimes.
"Jealousy is unbecoming, Lao Jiu. Do not worry. You will always be my favorite companion."
Litchi spotted a person up ahead. She walked over to them.
"Pardon me. Do you mind telling me a little about this place?"
