(no subject)
Sup yo,
So my birthday has come and gone. It was fun. I went to the liquor store with Jesus Christ Clark and Meagan and when I brought my purchases to the counter and didn't get ID'd (interjection: I would like to know how to write ID'd in a gramatically correct way. If someone knows, please tell me.) I was a bit dissapointed. So I brought this to the attention of the cashier... then she took my ID and sang happy birthday to me. Christina and Meagan stepped aside and watched me stand there awkwardly. Then we went to the Lower Deck (where I also didn't get ID'd) where we saw our high school chem & bio teacher and our high school guidance counsellor. Funny, yes. We bought them drinks.
I got 4 cakes for my birthday. One at work (they treat the new employees wonderfully!), one from Ma and Pa Lake, one from Meagan and one from Amanda. Mmmmmmmmmm. I luuuurve cake.
I bought a silkscreen today. It put me in the hole $118.39... ouch. But now I'm going to make some dope stuff. Move over Andy Warhol.
I have a promising lead for an apartment. It is the one that I had originally wanted way back in March that is for rent again. It is on the same street as the other place I almost had, but this one has a HUGE balcony (albeit shared), a faux fireplace and hardwood floors. And the building is pretty. And it's $70/month cheaper than the other place. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed that this one works out.
