Comment notification problems

Thanks for the info! I sent feedback to Hotmail. Now we'll just have to wait and see what happens.

I should do that too. I already changed my email address for LJ (I use my gmail as a secondary address) at least temporarily. What a bother.

I wouldn't want to change from hotmail since I have my messenger registered to that address too and every time I get new comment notification to hotmail the messenger gives me a popup notification (+sound)

Yup, that bugged me too... : / I use Trillian with AIM and MSN and it's supposed to alert me about new emails as well, but for some reason it hasn't worked with gmail so far.

Wohou! Looks like the problem is solved. I've received several mails from lj_notify today :)

Hmm. Good! I think I'll wait until they say something official about it before switching back to Hotmail though.
