Sweet! That's not bad at all. Perhaps my mother and I will treat each other to massages for mother's day and my graduation! Even if she doesn't want to, I definitely will.

Do you guys do deep tissue/swedish combo massages? I used to be a receptionist at Simply Nirvana Day Spa down the road from Jordon Thomas, and I always got massages from the girls there, but they weren't 'officially' scheduled, so I don't know whether I'm a swedish or deep tissue kind of girl.

But yeah maybe I'll give them a ring and find out first hand. =)

Whwn I do 'Swedish', it's usually kind of a combo. In that I spend a little more time focusing on wherever you 'hold your tension'. And if I feel some knots or some crunchies, I'll do a little deep work. But in my Deep Tissue, I make a point of saving plenty of time for wherever you 'hold your tension' and do deep work regardless of knots or crunchies.

They're available. What else would you like to know about them?

Maybe you should word it differently.

But you should specify that it's for a massage with Laurie because I've talked to a lot of people who say, "Oh, I got my mom/girlfriend/boyfriend/uncle/gardener a gift certificate for a massage there but he/she got a haircut/pedicure/manicure instead,"

Oh, and tips can't be put on a gift card. Just saying. ;)

Since I'm still new, I don't think I can put names with faces yet. Plus, I'm in the spa all the time so I don't really know the stylists as well. But the name does sound familiar!
