This weekend was fun.

It started on Thursday with a nice night that started with a late-night bonding chat with Colin and ended in an early-morning inhalation and swallowing of my septum retainer.

Friday morning, I went to Bel Air at 10 in the morning to go to the dentist. On the plus side, they said that my teeth look great and that they are the kind of healthy white that people should aspire to have. Shucks. That was the best thing that I've heard in the dentist's office. Ever. Then I went to the doctor to see about my poor bladder and its constant battle with my urethra. He gave me medicine and also told me that my septum retainer shouldn't cause me any problems, which I didn't think it would anyway.

I spent the rest of Friday taking a nap, dying my hair, and sitting around. And not going to the Waffle House because it was too friggin' late to be going to the Waffle House.

On Saturday, Colin and I went to College Park at about noon, even though the Dane Cook show wasn't until about 8. But the line started to form at around 3:30, so I was there in enough time to be right up front. Although it also involved standing outside in the pouring rain while wearing a white skirt and a pink thong. And high heeled sandals, because I didn't exactly expect it to rain. So I guess if you happen to see an image of a wet white skirt with a bright pink thong on the Internet soon, that would be me. Actually, let me know. Because I'd like to see it, too.

The show was a blasty-blast, though. Gary Gulman and Dane Cook are funny men.

Sunday was lazy until Joe and Briana came over. Joe and Colin went skating while Briana and I went to the Asian market. Then we met back up, along with Jessie and Dave, and ate Asian things. Then we watched non-Asian things on TV.

My teacher pronounces the following things all wrong: pharynx ('pharNYx'), larynx ('larNYx'), capillaries ('capYOOlaries'), and across ('acrossT'). I'm sure there are more, but I'm so upset by the pronunciation that I can't think of any right now.

Another thing that upsets me about my school is the fact that I came in today and was presented with a memo telling me that all of the clothes they had told me to buy for dress code purposes when I enrolled...are now against the dress code. And this is effective immediately. Thanks, guys.
