Friday I went up north for an eye appointment. I wouldn't let the doctor look under my eyelid because the idea of flipping it up made me too uncomfortable. I think I made him mad. Then I went to Target, followed by Target again, followed by the Double T. Then the plan fell apart and Starr and I made Valentines alone. I got home at around 2 in the morning and didn't even get to fall asleep in my boyfriend's arms because they kept him at work until 3.
Yesterday I retired my smiley. I still feel naked and sad, even though I know it's for the best.
In the afternoon, we went back to Ellicott City because we've never been there during the day when everything is open. It was cute and I liked the atmosphere and I especially liked going back to the coffee shop for more Italian soda and to the bakery for one of those chocolate-dolloped tea cookies, but the stores themselves didn't entertain me much.
In the evening, we got a call that everyone was going to be in White Marsh to eat and see a movie. The movie didn't interest us, but the eating sure did. We drove all the way up there only to find out that once again the plan fell apart and left Colin and I eating alone. Only we didn't eat alone because Jessie and Dave got tricked as well so they ate with us. It was delicious and I had fun even if they talked about cars all night.
Today I was supposed to have girl time and rant and vent about everything under the sun. But as far as I know, the plan has fallen apart.
