Welcome to the Summer of Conventional Oven
Oven, Hairdryer whatever u call it, it was HOT yesterday !! and been for the past 2 days !! not including today, which is milder but still HOT !!
Yesterday was a top of 42 degrees !!! and the day prior to that 38 degrees !!!
Imagine walking literally into the oven that you use to cook food with !! it's just exactly like that !!! and being at home isn't helping much !!
Too bad we don't have any air-conditioning as well u only need it in summer, other times of the year, the air outside is just as good if not colder than one !!
Was at Tim n Nic's party !!! Nic was disappointed we couldn't have a BBQ due to the total fire ban ( due to the extreme temperature ) talking about that, one of the apartment in the next complex to theirs had their fire alarm initiated and the sprinkler system were into full force, the fireman arrived and opened their balcony door and gallons and gallons of water fell through via that door, poor guy !! they must be out for some NYE celebration, imagine how they would reach when they reach home to find their floor ( hopefully not carpeted ) WET and having to have a major total overhaul as these water are industrial waters meaning YUCKY SMELLY almost SEWAGE like water !!!
Anyway, thanks Tim n Nic for that party, at least i've got somthing to do !! haha, otherwise i'll just be at home.
BY the way, bought Caden n Cassis along, and there were 5 doggies in the apartment, it's more of a doggie gathering more than anything else, u know just like the mummy n daddy who brought their children around to socialise :) hahaha
Dinner at Gerri's today !! i hope it's not too freaking hot like yesterday !! there was meant to be a cool change coming, but i have yet to see it
