Eric need a new HOUSEMATE !!!

Eric needs a new housemate as the old housemate moved out !!! Oh Well.. apparently he's just too too too courteous, didn't manage to sleep sometimes when Caden start yapping at 5 oclock before daylight savings and now 6 am to tell me, i need to pee pee n poo Poo and where's my Breakkie???
Anyway, that's one of the contributing cause.. and HE didn't tell me !! else i can opt to not bring the doggies along !!!
WEIRD lah Straight guys !!!! but i suppose he's courteous so that he will not hurt our relationship ? meaning Eric n Me !! but we know already anyway !!! I'm perplexed!!
Anyway, so Eric has to start looking for new housemate now, but i guess it's good that the old housemate is prepared to honour his word and pay until we find someone, or until January, whicever comes earlier!!
