Hello, again.  I have news.  I hope you're sitting down.  I heard this news while I was driving.  It almost ended badly.

Fred "I get hard when I hate on gays" Phelps and his WBC players will be visiting my alma mater tomorrow night.  The school is putting on The Laramie Project, a play around the death of Matthew Shepherd.  Fred "I'm gay for hating

Phelps is one of the more dispicable Americans out there. I'm glad you're going to stand up for what's right. Phelps and his pea-brained hate-mongers have just as much a right to speak as you, I, or any other group....but they have no right to silence you. When a group of X haters is greeted by a group of 10X counter-protesters, it shows bystanders that there is good in this world.

I think you need to take pictures too!

Yeah, I'm going to try to get Dear Reader to take pictures. Any counter protests will probably be pretty quiet. The consensus on campus has been that shouting at them would only feed their self-righteousness. I'll do a post on it afterward.
