Noon workout

Chett taught today again. Worked a lot of basic boxing and kick boxing stuff.

Did some rope, push ups, sit ups, and pull ups for starters. Two rounds of 30 seconds on the exercises and 2 minutes on the rope.

Some speed bag work for 3 two minute rounds, some thai bag work with 3 minute rounds. Finished up with 3 two minute rounds of the Bas boxing tape.

Brad and I went two 5 minute rounds of all around sparring after class. I finished up with 10 sets of the sword form.

Overall, it was a burner. There is a handgun seminar tonight, so no level 3/4 class. I may go to Tina's conditioning instead, but we'll see about that.
