Crossfit this morning

21-15-9 reps of:

- overhead squat (95#)
- handstand push-ups

Well, the handstand push-ups just weren't gonna happen. So, I subbed body-weight dips. The overhead squats got switched to front squats after I lost a plate from the bar and almost killed myself. I'm not strong enough for good form on those yet. I also need to figure out how to use the Gravitron so I can do some assisted pull-ups.
