Did some ladders for warm up. Went straight into some floor work. Basic ridge and knife hands.
Worked on heel kicks and butterfly kicks on the paddles. Self defense for today was choke while on the ground. Both the buck and roll and the side control into arm bar defenses. For fitness we did a Crossfit.
21-15-9 reps of:
- hang clean press with dumbbells
- incline push-ups
My quads are killing me after this one. Much tougher than it seems.
After class Brad and I worked on completing our board breaking requirement for the UBBT.
