Bas Workout

Did the Bas Rutten workout again today.

Twelve rounds as usual, with stations between rounds:

- happy 25
- paralette dips
- russians
- wall ball
- medicine ball push-ups
- deadlift and press to overhead

Worked on my sword form between rounds. Didn't do any sparring or anything after class as I had to go meet a friend for lunch.

I came back over after lunch and taught a bit of the sword form to Tina.
