In regards to my last post, refering to the company drac in a box...
My inbox was jam packed with mixed opinions of the company in question. This got the small hamster in my head running in his little wheel.
Some people were baffled that such a thing had happened, whilst others took on the "not again" attitude. So, ladies and gents, I've made a community especially for gothic shopping awareness. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to rant off about bad experiences? Wouldn't it be nice to be able to check up on a website/shop before you order?
In this community, we wouldn't just discuss customer service, but also quality, sizing and the like. How often have you not bought those gorgeous shoes, in case they were a small 6, rather than a true six? How many times have you failed to get a refund from a company and haven't been sure how to proceed? How many times has a company gone that extra mile for you, and made your shopping experience that little bit more fab?
The idea isn't to have a big, jolly slag-fest over which sites are crap and which are great. The idea is to have a mixed set of reviews, so that the buyer may make an informed decision, and ask questions in a truthful environment. To enforce this, all entries will be moderated.
