KBS World TV finally put up full length episodes with subtitles on Dream Team. I had been keeping track on the
basketball featuring EXO's Tao and Kris alongside Tasty. Team Exosty didn't win the semi finals but a large number of the crowd consisted of EXOtics cheering on their guys and Kris got the MVP award which surprised him a lot. Honestly when you're put against actual, professional athletes do you expect your favourites to win? No but if they prove they're good at the sport and can put up a good fight then no hard feelings I say.
Kris and Tao were pretty awesome with the basketball match and I guess with their hectic EXO schedules they didn't have as much time to train as they wanted to. Tasty also showed some good skill and worked well with Taoris. I know Kris was the captain of the basketball team when he was in school and you can tell he is incredibly passionate about the sport. A lot of commenters said the EXO stans shouted for one of the opposing teams to not touch Tao (he had him by the waist). But the thing is everyone was rough and some folk are telling the fans to stfu if they know nothing about the rules.
Aside from that wacky shit, I found it fun and identifiable how the fangirls cheered or went oooh noooo when team Exosty scored or came very close. If I was there, I'd get really nervous and tense. This is why I never watch sports. Plus, if I watch live matches it's very likely the team I want to win will fail miserably.
Anyway with this Dream Team basketball semi final, I was slightly irked/eye rolling with how one of the commentators kept poking fun at EXO, namely Kris. For instance during the little game where chosen players had to do a free throw and then if they manage to score they go to the next round. Kris got some distracting comments his way and eventually was eliminated from that game because he couldn't score. Uh...huh. Well..at least the female commentator was a little nicer, if not biased (duh). She was giving tips to Exosty even though it was painfully obvious they couldn't win.
