* Kim Jae Wook's kisses with Andy Gillet the French actor who plays onscreen boyfriend Jean-Baptiste were hot. Hardly awkward. I normally don't find French guys super attractive and the stereotypical arrogance French often have is a turn off. However Andy Gillet is handsome.
* Sun Woo could've been a major uke character but thankfully it didn't go down that route. Well done director. Methinks Ki Bum could be a hotheaded uke if you wanted to write fanfiction.
* The schoolgirls were tarty. I don't know if the Manga does this but if the director of Antique Bakery was a woman I'd be peeved. I hate it when Yaoi or BL authors have to make the women evil for no apparent reason. Although schoolgirls tend to be super bitchy during this stage anyway. Thank god Jin Hyuk's Mum and grandmother were not portrayed evilly.
* I actually thought the copycat kidnapper/killer was the same guy who kidnapped Jin Hyuk when he was younger. Turned out it was another man who was traumatised in the same way as the recent killer. Losing a son.
* Soo Young's clumsiness and lack of understanding about life is so me and I felt angry when Ki Bum and Jin Hyuk had to physically whack the guy or yell over his stupidity. OTOH it amused me how Sun Woo and Jin Hyuk were taken by surprise when he knew a lot about how hurting people was wrong. He learnt something from his Mum. So underneath the muscles and so-called stupid brain lies some logic. Translation - Soo Young is not that stupid. Do not underestimate him.
* In addition to the cake zoom ups, we had to get zoom ups of people's mouths as they bit into the cakes. Those cakes look so delicious. Guaranteed to make you peckish.
* Sun Woo dancing in the gay club. Kim Jae Wook I'd shag you oh yes.
* Soo Young having a gay moment while hanging out with Sun Woo and almost kissing the guy as he laid his drunken state on his bed. The gay demonic charm has affected him.
* The Korean and French pronunciations are quite similar and surely the Korean accent would be easier to adapt to French. Just listen to the French teacher in the making of feature. *envy*
