Things I've been doing:
- Visiting a Saitou Hajime image gallery and simply drooling at the incredibly awesome pictures of him XD
- Desperately searching for a decent Kaneshiro Takeshi picture from a newspaper or magazine to scan into my mobile phone (dear me, I'm abusing the camera of my phone XD)
- Watching TV
Last week I regained a once big obsession with a medical drama show
I used to be a big fan of this when I was 13 years old, recording episodes where possible from terrestrial television. I was in fact a really rabid Carter fangirl ^^;; I still like him but I've calmed down now. Anyway I've not watched the show for many years since I had long forgot about it and the fact I had satellite TV to entertain myself with. I've lost track on what's happened TBH and characters I knew long ago have disappeared e.g. Jeanie the HIV positive doctor. I don't know whether she's dead or just gone. I guess I could just find episodes on the Internet or read episode summaries whenever I have the time.
I can't believe there's already an 11th series on ER. Heh, I used to have this ambition of being a nurse or doc because I had watched ER XP Then I changed my mind to something like an interpreter but then that didn't last. Boy I change my mind too much.
As mentioned earlier, I still like Carter - but not in a insane way as I did at a younger age. One reason why I like him is the fact you follow him in the series. He starts off from the bottom (being picked on by Peter Benton quite a lot at the same time because of his amateurish level) and the next thing you know, he's one of the senior guys responsible for the running of the hospital. He improves in his skills as time passes.
I also like the latest heartthrob doctor. Dr Luka Kovac. The big man used to be George Clooney/Doug Ross but I think Luka is the new guy making women swoon since the former left the series.
