Wow. You miss out on a LOT of stuff when you have no internet for a week.
In other news, Bobby, Vita, the ratties, and myself are moved into our new place! Woo!
Following a long and aggravating week of no running due to an injured left knee, I am now back in the game. I was getting very restless and cranky only being able to lift (and ice the crap out of my knee) for that week; forward motion is especially refreshing following its absence.
