so now that we can cross off "getting hit in the face with a pie" off my new years list (i think you can read about it on stealingpandora's livejournal)...........
so yes. Today was crappy becuase i had tickets to go to an ice skating competition and it was too icy so we couldn't make it... BUT!! alas, my dad (who is WONDERFUL) bought more tickets (becuase the losers at ticket master wouldn't give us a refund, nonetheless exchange tickets...idiots...) so hopefully we're going to one tomorrow.
also-i was looking through old photo albums with my dad,(man he actually dressed pretty cool haha.. he was such a hippie :p but so am i) and i found out that in when he was in Germany he got to go to a rock festival and see Pink Floyd,The Kinks, and some other bands. AND he got to see Alice Cooper!!!!! yeah. no fair.
also also-i found that his room was sooo crazy lookin. he had a zebra print couch(where you would find one o' those, who knows!) and he had a huge rug hung up on the ceiling with beaded curtains, so he had like a living room separated from his bed room. and he had strobe lights and black lights and all this crap. yet i can't paint my room bright green... BOO.
oh and then it gets better. he had the COOLEST guitar! it was blue and had paisly and daisies. actually that's just kinda funny.
i have been falling asleep lately in school alot. allll last week i feel asleep at least once. i've never fallen asleep before in class??? but yeah
3 days in a row, we were watching a video on the war of 1812(which i should have done an essay on) and i feel asleep each time so yeah, i don't know anything about the war of 1812.
i also almost kept falling asleep in choir. which is bad, because i'm sitting there trying to sing but i'm falling asleep......
and then in health, i kept almost falling asleep, which was bad because i am smack-dab in the front and center. so i have been stuggling to stay awake hahah.
one day i actually downed a can of lemonade just so i could stay awake the rest of the day-which worked.
