the landscape stretches like a hard day
An up and coming artist I have been listening to quite a bit lately is Phildel. Particularly her album The Disappearance Of The Girl. Below I have embedded one of her songs, Moonsea, though I'd recommend the entire album to all of you, truth be told. Storm Song, Moonsea, Afraid of the Dark, Beside You, and the title song The Disappearance Of The Girl are my favorites from the album. The other songs are just as spectacular in different ways though the songs mentioned caught my attention the first time I listened through the album in its entirety. Her voice alone is fantastical and pair that with her beautiful way of crafting lyrics that seem magically woven, and you have a beautiful artist in the making. Her voice is similar to Oh Land but less quirky and electronic.
