This is Megaman X, DATS agent, requesting assistance.
It's hit the fan in Tetha. Digimon started appearing out of portals a few minutes ago, all over. There must be hundreds of them all over the city by now.
They seem to be targeting humans specifically. I was totally ignored until I stepped in to protect some kids.
Any humans in the city, if you can't defend yourselves, I suggest evacuating, or going to ground and getting under cover.
