ok now i know where you got those smoothies you brought to my place. but what are the pink bags surrounding jake? (ps. jake looks happy as a clam surrounded by free merchandise in that picture).

once my damn uncle made me miss my flight and i had to wait like 8 hours for another one. all because he thought we had PLENTY of time and i was like: wtf, the flight is in an hour and you won't freaking drive me now? bastard. yes this has nothign to do with singe.. i had latent angers.

i think 32 min is good! i remember having to run a mile in PE. it took me 11 min because i just gave up and started walking after a while. falalaal. i was more into running when i was like.. 8.

those pink bags are sunchips from a box that i boosted from their tent. they make them especially for the race and manufacture little pink bags for them. some were matte finish, others were in a metallic finish.

as for the time...well, i'm sure that the three minutes in the crowd didn't help at the beginning, not the mention the legions of people who would cut in front of you, but damned if i wasn't unhappy with my time. *sigh* i need to get back into running again. but then again - what's my incentive? i'm out of the army here in two weeks!! WOOT!

your attention to detail (descriptions of the matte versus shiny finish bags) are astoundingly anal yet pleasingly endearings. :p

oh man, i had to run that mile thing for PE too. yo, 11 minutes is good! i think that was our minimum passing score, and i remember super panting and feeling dizzy as shit after BARELY finishing. my heart was pounding through my ears, and my lungs were on fire. i'm in soo much better shape now! i think the best in my wee short life so far. :p

i hate ppl who think you can wait til the last minute to drive someone to the airport. don't they know of natural calamities like traffic, enhanced security, and slow ass check-ins?

anyway, 32 mins is totally beatable. it totally would've been like 28 mins had we started on time! lawds.

and you would've walked away in shame at the systematic lootings involved. :p no silk soy milk this time tho. :(
