All my bags are packed...
I know that over time most of the people for whom I first began this journal back in 2001 have moved on to other mediums of blogging, but I wanted to post here still, in one of my last posts for livejournal before switching over to facebook.
I have been adamantly against facebook since it began because I didn't have time to write or check, or whatever it is that people spend hours doing on it. Ergo, I didn't give it the time of day.
That has all changed now as the internet will again become the main method of communication between myself and my long time friends.
Why you may ask?
There is a 90% chance that I will be leaving to teach in an international school. I had an interview yesterday in Vermont, which went spectacularily well, and resulted in a job offer. I have one last small hurdle to cross in the acceptance of the job, which I will complete today.
There will be one or two last posts here to make sure that everyone has the information they need to contact me. Then, I will be gone on the next adventure.
