(no subject)
Well, my weight as of this morning is 123.4 lbs. I am pretty happy about that. Today would be the 3rd day that I have been taking Zantrex 3, and I do not really notice any change in my metabolism. It may be because I am taking way less than the dosage says on the bottle, but it makes me so nauseous so I will work my way up gradually. I am pretty much just restricting to about 200-300 calories a day and haven't been exercising at all, so I have to try and do that so I can get more tone in my body.
