Where are all these percents from?

Here we are... Elections are almost over (they are now traveling over the globe to receive votes from Russians living abroad), but the main picture of the results we already got.

Update 06.15 Moscow time - I got information that earlier this night the count of votes at some stations was stopped - "United Russia" panicked because they were losing very badly. All observers and members of other parties were removed from the stations. Suspicions are "United Russia" started active addition of ballots for themselves. So now back to the original post - note that these results were posted late at night, all further results show higher and higher percentage of "United Russia". http://blog-matveev.livejournal.com/355610.html#comments

At the moment (Dec.5, 01.20 Moscow time) it is:

UR - 49.68
KPRF - 19.59
SR - 12.91
LDPR - 12.18
Yabloko - 2.59
PD - 0.55
PR - 0.97

So far 52.38% ballots counted

No sane person would have expected such results. We all knew, yes, but we all hoped or something...
One of the new Russian jokes: 90% of Russia's population believe that "United Russia" will win the elections but none of them is planning to vote for it.

None of those I have talked to (and none of their relatives) have voted for United Russia. All the non-state surveys showed different results. Internet and streets are against the party. But it still manages to win so much over everyone else.

But let's think where do there numbers come from:

1 - first of course people who didn't vote at all
Their votes are extremely easy to take - just put signature beside their names in the electorate's list - and then check in front of "United Russia".
1.1 - there are even dead people, who "vote"

2 - another way is of course to just add "correct" ballots into the ballot box
I'm not any of United Russia members, so I don't know the whole system of that - if they just add them or if they put them instead of the real ones - I would guess both. There are known cases like that before the elections even started! Ballots were found inside boxes before even the first voter came.

3 - "carousel"
This is when one same group is transported from one station to another with voting certificate from the place of their registration. There is usually an agreement with one or more member of the electoral commission - not to take those certificates away, so they can be used in the next station on their "route".

4 - forcing votes
Often some people experience some force and threats at work - especially teachers, doctors, other state-employees and even private companies workers. In this case there is still a chance of voting for real, I have posted a video of how to use a thread as a check-sign for making a prove photo that one voted for "United Russia". But it gets harder when organizations get the electoral commission and ballot boxes right to there building and bosses or whoever in charge watches people voting. Other way they do it - they demand from their workers to bring their voting certificates, so that some "specially trained" people do voting for them.
Same or about the same is situation in prisons, army etc.

5 - permanent and temporary registration
To understand this one I have to explain one thing first. As in any other country people in Russia move from one town to another. But we different types of registration of where we live. Every person (except for homeless) has a stamp in his/her internal passport (Russian ID document) with the main address of this person - permanent registration. When a person moves to another place and doesn't plan to live there for long or rents that place, he/she is supposed to register there anyway, but in this case it is a temporary registration, while the permanent one is still there in the main address (even if person doesn't live there).
So, all the electorate lists are formed by permanent registration - so a person is in the list by the address written in the passport. But of course if that place/town/republic etc etc is too far away, a person is able to vote by the address of the temporary address. Then he/she has to come to electoral station min 3 days before elections to inform them about him/herself and be put into that district's electorate list. BUT, in this case he/she IS NOT removed from the list at the original address. So here we get the situation N1, voting for those who didn't show up. So even if you vote at your temporary address, someone might vote for you at your permanent address.

6 - it's not any magic, but cheating - disappearing writing ink
There were few cases like that when pens at the stations had disappearing ink.
In these elections voters got smarter and many came with their own pens, but many were not allowed to use them and forced to write with the given pens.

7 - home voting
For disabled or old people there exists a nice service - electoral commission members visit them at home. There are special ballot boxes that they travel with. They also go to hospitals and so on. But they also might and do take more ballots than the number of people who applied for such home voting. Guess what for.

8 - homeless people voting
This time homeless people got permission to vote just by using their passport (they don't have that registration stamp as they are homeless, so they can not be in the list and are basically uncontrolled) - so they can vote in more than one places. Good way to earn some money for them. So to all those who didn't use their vote - a homeless guy did it for you!

This is just an overview of most general cheating methods that I know of. I am sure there are more.
But even if those don't work good enough (and apparently it was not!!!) there is always more to do:

9 - fake the results after the counting
Many observers have witnessed that the results of the counting in the end at the stations is not the ones put out on official elections results page! http://vasilisa1210.ru/23/ (another example further down)

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/lv?key=0AsrsBh0ccpO-dGNrTzhhNmpXNEV0eUpzczRfLUoxcFE&toomany=true&pli=1 list of cheatings registered by hotline during only few hours of elections... the main page with the map of election violations was down the whole day of elections, of course. 5 hours and 250 serious violations. and how many people noticed something but didn't call? and how many more violations were not even noticed?

Highest support (over 70%) "United Russia" got from far east of the country, you can see why. The woman in the green was supposed to make choice herself and do it in a closed room - Russia has the law that voting must be secret. But in her case it was on the plane surrounded by people and not even chosen by her. Well, she has put the ballots into the box herself - I guess we are now allowed to call such voting legitimate?

Observers found ballots inside 2 boxes before elections started. Novokuznetsk.

Moscow. Few persons were caught for throwing in some extra ballots into the box. Some more ballots already marked for "United Russia" were found in toilet. This violation goes for my N2 and N3. People who did this had the voting certificates for Moscow and were driven around to 7 stations, where at each every person puts 10 ballots into the boxes.

Moscow. Carousel briefing. They are told to show their small calendars (it is a sign to show that you are one of the carousel) to the committee member with green badge. Sounds like it is a group of very many people. Also sounds like pasture of cattle.

And while I am writing here "United Russia"'s percentage goes up...

Few more videos on this page http://grani.ru/Politics/Russia/Election/m.193655.html

Moscow again. This and more papers were found at one voting station a day before elections. These numbers seam to be planned "United Russia" percentage by hours. And the amount of ballots needed for that. Feels disgusting to me.
Other found papers:

Instructions on how to interrupt work of observers, how to cheat and behave in case of being caught.
Those people who go for this are the real electorate of "United Russia". They sell their own honor and our whole country for some thousands rubles and false promises. Well, of course there are people who are forced to do that by threats as well.

And this here would have been funny if not so sad: count all the percents together! 115.35% = Putin's math!
