Waves of People

The thing I find most fascinating about people is that they come in waves, and one either rides the wave or flounders in the trough.  People call around the same time, people message all around the same time, people [fill_in_the_blank] around the same time; and if one isn't "in sync" with this kind of societal clock, you simply miss out.  I tend to miss out because a) everything normal and herdlike scares me, so b) I'm being anti-social when the world is social and social when the world is anti-social.  It's all rather sad but it a fascinating way.
