Holly Bobo Reward Increased to $75K

PARSONS, Tenn. - Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam has approved an additional $50,000 for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible for the disappearance of Holly Bobo, making the total reward $75,000.

20-year old Bobo was last seen leaving her Parsons home, which is about 100 miles northeast of Memphis, with an unknown suspect last Wednesday. Blood was also found at the home, and is currently being tested.

Authorities say no one has been eliminated as a suspect in the disappearance of Bobo, believed to have been abducted last week from her West Tennessee home.Law enforcement officials said last week that Bobo's brother and boyfriend were not suspects but Gwyn said that the TBI hasn't cleared anyone, "no matter what their relationship" is to the victim.

At a Monday afternoon press conference, TBI Director Mark Gwyn stated that there are currently no persons of interest in the case. The community is being asked to report any unusual behavior they may have witnessed in the days leading to Holly Bobo's abduction, adding that the suspect is believed to live in the area.

Hundreds of volunteers have been combing the Natchez Trace State Park area for clues. Gwyn said Monday that the TBI has received over 200 leads, and the agency plans to look at "all possibilities and all persons."

"There is a family out here that needs closure," he said.

Bobo is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. She was last seen Wednesday morning wearing a pink shirt and light blue jeans. Anyone with information on Holly Bobo's disappearance or whereabouts is urged to call 1-800-TBI-FIND (1-800-824-3463).
