A yummy Christmas pressie

This post is pretty late since it's about one of my Christmas presents, which I feel I need to type an entry just cos I loved it so much. Actually, I twittered about it too but i have more pictures.

This is the first gift the bf presented to me before we went to church. We decided to meet at one of the mrt stations in town and I was late. So as I was approaching him, I spied a little white box. A couple of days back he hinted he needed to go to phoon huat to get some baking materials and he was telling me that he needs to finish the cheese in the fridge. So, I thought, I was going to get a cheese cake and I had also warned my mum to make space in the fridge. Anyway , it wasn't a cheesecake I got but a box of .....

When he opened the box, I went wahhh, you made this? I know this boy is capable of baking and making cakes and cookies but never knew he could make chocolates. And I must say it tasted good plus each of these babies had a nut in it. Super yummy. I really appreciate the effort he made especially in having the design of each in white choc. I gave him extra points as he spent most of his waking hours doing this even though he was on reservist and on shift.

And as you can tell, I was more excited in eating it before taking a good picture of it.

I loved all the designs, in fact they were the Christmas designs. By the time I took this picture, half the chocs were walloped.

I was so happy with this gift and it's probably one of the best. Lovingly home-made chocs.
