[ If you haven't see this fellow around much recently, it's probably due to the face that he's been held up in his room for what seems like an eternity. Not wanting to deal with his crazy fellow nations or the even crazier staff, he's kept to himself. However, due to recent events, his cold room up in the North Wing has suddenly gotten...wet. And

It's a indicator of what's to become of us! The staff is barely functioning as anything I would call remotely productive and now the damn place is falling apart! A sad situation, I must day!

I'd not be surprised if they jumped ship and left us all to rot.

It isn't as if I care about the well being of the furniture here, of course, but it's damned uncomfortable sleeping in a room full of puddles!
