(no subject)
Its been awhile, ne? ^^;;
Anywho, the anime convention was tons of fun. I bought almost $200 worth of stuff. ^^; But it wasn't expensive stuff though. I waited til that sunday to buy stuff since that's when they mark down prices. ^_~ So, I bought a Loveless artbook, Death Note Vol. 1 & 2, Rurouni Kenshin Vol. 22, Chobits Vol. 2, Immortal Rain Vol. 2, a godzilla plushy for my brother, a FullMetal Alchemist manga (Vol.2) for my other brother (which he got autographed my Vic Mignogna), a Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children figurine set (which inlcudes Tifa, Cloud, Loz, Yazoo, and Kadaj), some pins to go on my InuYasha bag, and a Gaara (from Naruto) T-shirt for my cousin. I also bought a T-shirt for me that says "I'm ninja (you can't see me)" lol Yea, this year's theme was Ninjas vs. Pirates. They also had a shirt that said, "I be Pirate (give me yuor booty)" (in case you don't know, 'booty' means treasure in pirate-talk :P). I also had fun hanging out with my friends at A-Kon. The people up in Kon Suite (where I volunteered and slept) are awesome. Lol, saturday night we had "Hentai Night" and pretty much laughed at the stupidity of the Hentai that we watched. (If you don't know what 'hentai' is, don't worry about it; you probably don't wanna know what it is.) The cosplayers were okay this year. Most weren't that good but there were some pretty awesome cosplayers. I took some pics, I'll try to have those up soon. ^__^ Well, that's pretty much my time at A-Kon in a nutshell. I can go into great detail about each day but then we'll be here all day and i don't wanna bore you guys more than I already have. ^^;;
I'm looking to buy a new computer. I'm thinking about getting a Dell. I definitely don't want Gateway, Compaq, or HP computers. I've had pretty bad experience with those kinds so I'm trying to get something else. So, I'm saving up for one. ^__^ I was hoping i can get one by the time the fall semester starts but I don't think that'll happen. Oh well, I can try. ^_^ Wish me luck, I'll need it.
I'm almost done with my Sora drawing. XD I should probably be done with it by the end of next week (hopfully).
I've been playing Resident Evil 4 alot lately. Has anyone here played it? Its so fun and addictive. Well, for me it is. Most people would get frustrated with it and give up. But I love that this game is challenging. I died quite a few times. 79 times to be exact. Lol, that was in normal mode, btw. There is no easy mode (where would the fun be in that?). After replaying it a few times (when you replay it on the same round or whatever, you start off with everything you had when you finished the game the time before), i finall worked up the guts to try Professional Mode (hard mode). Since I started on a new mode, though, I'm starting off with barely anything (a handgun, one can of first-aid spray, and some ammo). The enemies (the Los Ganados and Los Illuminados) are harder to kill this time and they cause more damage to Leon (the character you play as). They also run more often, i've noticed. The bosses are harde as well. Del Lago actually ate me (he's a big mutated fish) quite a few times before i finally killed him. Bitores Mendez was kept killing me too before killed him. Yep, Pro Mode is a bitch but i think I can do it. ^__^ I've been playing alot of Super Smash Brothers Melee alot too. I always play as Link (cuz elves rule! :P). My brothers can't beat me in Tournament mode! Ha! I am the champion! :P ...okay not really. I haven't played anyone besides them so I'd probably get beat by anyone else. ^^;; But its still fun. ^_^
