Chloe and I had a girls day out on saturday. Instead of moping about because of the weather, we went and saw Grindhouse and went bowling. The first movie was really cool and the machine-gun leg thing worked out pretty well. Tarantino's movie was waaaaayyyyy too breathy. His dialogue is excessive because he tries to make it feel realistic but the conversations just drag on. I still need to figure out how it ends because we left early. Half way through the movie Matt, Josh, and Anthony showed up. That was a surprise since they told us they were going bowling at 5pm.
Bowling was great; I forgot how much I missed doing things from when I was little. Chloe and I came in dead last the first time but we made up for it when we came in second. Hopefully we can go bowling again soon. Basically, a group of us bowled and then had a weird teen dance party during breaks. We're pretty crazy but black lights and hit music can do that to you. Half way through bowling we got a calm on the intercom for our lane to calm down. Haha, I don't regret a thing.
Other than that, I had a fairly uneventful weekend. My mom is preparing for prom since she won't be in town to see me off on the occassion. I really don't want to go because it is so expensive. Dakota is my date to prom even if we aren't dating. I don't think it's fair to tell him not to go since I invited him a few months back. That would be mean and we're still friends. Chloe is having a little party afterwards complete with pancake making. I'm excited so the money is worth it.
