[There's a couple minutes of not-quite silence as the entry opens, almost like it was turned on by accident. There's muffled voices that sound like they're in a room next to the journal--one of them might be risingwinds's, but it's difficult to hear ( Read more... )

john, finding a hobby, at least he's not killing people, ho hum, possible penalty removal, not suited to be a homebody

You'd probably like rock music. It's not like the stuff they play in Disney Town, and I think it uses a lot of guitars.

[Unfortunately, Vanitas has no concept of an electric guitar, so when he pictures 'lots of guitars' his mind equates it to something like country music. Which still doesn't sound very appealing.]

[Maybe it won't take too long, but Ven's had to do some serious snooping in the shop to find the right stuff. Jade said "Zed Leppelin," and Ven could only find "Led Zeppelin". Maybe that's what she meant?

Same with the "Red Hot Bell Peppers" and the "Red Hot Chili Peppers". Still, it's close enough, right?

Anyway, Ven's going to return with an armful of goods to entertain his troll. Now he's just gotta find Vanitas.]
